Produced for Archer Daniels Midland from 2023-2024, the Chef-to-Chef series spotlights the artistry and expertise of ADM’s global culinary team through vivid photography and insightful video storytelling.
As the Video Producer for the multinational agricultural origination and processing company ADM, I collaborated closely with the Savory Marketing team to define a clear narrative and visual direction for the Chef-to-Chef series. This marketing initiative brought ADM-employed chefs into the spotlight while showcasing their culinary skills in the company's test kitchens, sharing insights about ADM’s culture, and emphasizing their roles as essential resources for ADM customer solutions.
The production process encompassed meticulous pre-production planning for shoots taking place in New Jersey, New York, and Berlin. As lead producer, I identified and partnered with local creative professionals to capture photography, documentary interviews, and b-roll across multiple ADM facilities and public market locations.

At each Chef-to-Chef production, chefs were photographed while preparing meals that reflected their personal specialties and interests. For the shoot menu, I worked closely with the culinary team to ensure each dish featured company products, such as ADM natural food colorants, highlighting the versatility and innovation behind their customer solutions.
I personally edited the final series of photo selects to ensure a polished and cohesive look consistent with the ADM photography standards. The Chef-to-Chef photography series provided a much needed addition to the ADM corporate-owned photo library, reducing the brand’s reliance on generic stock photography in their Savory marketing.

As the lead producer and video editor for the Chef-to-Chef series, I managed all aspects of the video shoots to ensure a seamless process from pre-production to post. ADM's global team of innovative chefs provides customers with access to the latest culinary trends from around the world. To highlight this valuable resource, we collaborated with the renowned Essex Market in New York City, showcasing ADM chefs as they sourced and experimented with fresh, local ingredients.
In the ADM test kitchen in Cranbury, New Jersey, the chefs shared their stories and expertise through documentary-style interviews. B-roll footage captured their dynamic work both in the test kitchen and at Essex Market, serving dual purposes: enriching the Chef-to-Chef social video series and providing evergreen video content for future ADM culinary marketing.
For the series launch, I edited a suite of videos tailored for ADM’s social media platforms and Savory web pages. Each video asset was meticulously ingested into ADM’s corporate-owned asset library, organized for efficient access and streamlining future edits. The Chef-to-Chef video series brought valuable depth to ADM’s marketing initiatives, highlighting the company’s innovative product solutions and expanding its video asset library with cinematic interviews and compelling b-roll footage.
